“Amy is kind, Passionate about birth, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable! She is the perfect example of birth being heart-centered work and fills the cups of women she works with. I cannot recommend her highly enough to any woman who wants to be empowered to make autonomous decisions about their body and birth.”

— Elizabeth Charron, Doula, Author, Mother of 4

I can’t take away all the uncertainty of birth. But I can:

  • teach you to advocate for yourself

  • give you tools to navigate the hard bits

  • show you a birth road map and give you an idea of what to expect, even if your journey is as unique as you are!

What to Expect

    • Pregnant people and their support person.

    • Birthing people who are seeking a physiological birth.

    • Anyone wanting more than the bare minimum from their birth experience (healthy mom and healthy baby is a given).

    • Couples who want hands-on instruction to build out their birth plan and work together to bring their baby earth-side.

    • First time or subsequent parents wanting more info, hands-on tools and support going into childbirth.

    • Birthing people who don’t care about their birth experience or want to “wing it.”

    • Those planning an immediate epidural or c-section (if you think this still might be right for you, let’s have a chat! I don’t want anyone to feel othered and this workshop is definitely geared toward preparing for an unmedicated birth).

    • Couples ready to go along with their provider without question or regard to evidence based practice or personal harm.
