Childbirth Workshop on May 24!!

Are you nervous about squeezing that precious watermelon from your perfectly tiny vagina?

That’s relatable!

I’m teaching a 5 hour in-person workshop on May 24th – providing you with the tools, and info you need to feel powerful and confident going into birth

Psst… You’re so Strong!

  • teach you to advocate for yourself

  • give you tools to navigate the hard bits

  • show you a birth road map and give you an idea of what to expect, even if your journey is as unique as you are!

I can’t take away all the uncertainty of birth. But I can:

“Amy is kind, Passionate about birth, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable! She is the perfect example of birth being heart-centered work and fills the cups of women she works with. I cannot recommend her highly enough to any woman who wants to be empowered to make autonomous decisions about their body and birth.”

— Elizabeth Charron, Doula, Author, Mother of 4
