In many ways I feel like everything in my life has led me to this woman-centered work. 

My over 30 years of experience working with moms and babies as a childcare provider.

My history with medical trauma and the fire that lit within me to help people advocate for themselves. 

And my own birth experiences which taught me how nuanced childbirth is and what a powerful and transformative force it is, as it propels you into motherhood every single time. 

From all of that I do this work because everyone deserves a birth experience on their terms and within their power, and parents need real physical support and instruction as they step into parenthood.
